If we are unable to answer the phone or email immediately, your inquiry will be responded to that evening.

Doug will set up an appointment for your estimate, generally in the evening or on Saturday to accommodate your schedule.

If you decide to proceed, the project is scheduled in the order in which they are received. No deposits are required or accepted. Usually we ask for full payment upon completion, unless the job is large enough to require progress payments.

You will be given a call to inform you that your job will be starting within the week, you will always be called the night before to insure that everything is ready before we start your job.
